In today’s stressful world, taking care of yourself and your personal wellbeing has never been more important. With the office moving into your home and the news a seemingly never-ending cycle of gloom, it can be hard to switch off and find time for yourself. Core Ireland’s Self Care Course aims to help people unwind, manage negative thoughts and get the most out of your day, while making sure your mental wellbeing is being nurtured.

On this Course, students will explore:

Journaling

Yoga

Meditation

Breathwork

The 5 senses

Time management

Opposite to emotion thinking

Mental reframing

Outcomes

After completing this course, you should be well equipped to handle any daily stress you encounter through our physical and mental exercises. Completing this course will provide you with the tools and resources to manage stress in your life.
